Contacted a few other realtors in the area and none of them were nearly as helpful as Jim. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he sent me a list of homes that fit my style within a few hours. He continued to send me listings as they popped up until I found the home I wanted! I was an out of state buyer, which prevented me from seeing the home, but Jim took his personal time to video chat me the house and was very honest.
